Cancellation Policy
To help protect our stylists’ time and ensure appointment availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation policy:
• 48+ hours’ notice: No charge.
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
• Same-day cancellations & no-call/no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
We understand that life happens, and we know unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to offer your appointment to another guest.
